Sequel writer “Doctor Strange” Michael Valdron said that after leaving Scott Derrickson from the post of director, a lot had to be redone.
According to the author who previously created the series about Loki, in the process of filming the latter, he called Kevin Feige and announced Derrickson’s departure. And he invited the screenwriter to work on the plot. Due to the pandemic, there was more time for this, which Valdron spent communicating with Sam Raimiwho took up the project.
And, according to Valdron, despite a certain basis of history that remained from the first authors, the project began to be redone from scratch. Apparently, the vision of the painting will indeed differ from the original.
