Separately, Yves Guillemot has pledged to tackle inclusiveness issues at all levels and across all Ubisoft branches. “We have a long way to go. Change does not come immediately. But I am determined to do everything in my power to ensure that absolutely everyone at Ubisoft feels needed, respects colleagues and does not feel fear,” continues Yves Guillemot.
