Historical Mode & Physics Enhancements: WRC 10 Announced – Penultimate Game Licensed by KT Racing

Company Nacon and studio Kt racing officially introduced the rally race WRC 10… One of the main innovations in this part will be the historical mode, specially prepared for the 50th anniversary of the World Rally Championship. It offers players 19 events, including the most intense moments of the competition from 1973 to the present day, with unique racing conditions corresponding to each time period.

In addition, WRC 10 will offer a refined career mode with an added liveries editor, four new rallies of the 2023 season in Estonia, Croatia, Belgium and Spain, six historic races including the Acropolis, San Remo, Germany and Argentina, and 120 special stages. 52 official teams of the 2023 season (WRC, WRC2, WRC3, Junior WRC) and 20 cars from Alpine, Audi, Lancia, Subaru, Ford, Mitsubishi, Toyota and other brands.

Other features include an “ultra-realistic and ultra-precise” physics engine with improved vehicle behavior on all surfaces, as well as upgraded audio effects for a deeper immersion.

The release of the WRC 10 will take place 2nd September on the PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X | S, PlayStation 4, Xbox One and later on Nintendo Switch. This will be the penultimate game in the lineup from the KT Racing studio, as from 2023 the rights to the license will pass to Codemasters and EA
