Amid the success of the first season “The witcher“company Netflix, it seems, is not going to delay the start of the continuation. Actor Henry Cavillplaying the role of Geralt of Rivia in the series, posted a video on his Instagram page in which he thanked the fans for the warm reception of the show and, most importantly, brought clarity to the words of the showrunner said the other day Lauren Schmidt Hissrich.
Then Hissrich hinted that the production of the next season of The Witcher had already started, but Cavill shared more accurate information in his address to the fans. According to him, now the series team is on the way to completing the pre-production phase.. The full-fledged development of the show has not yet begun, but, apparently, it was not long before the filming began.
Despite some differences from the original Sapkowski books on which the show is based, fans for the most part were pleased with Netflix’s adaptation. The success of the series also affected the growth of interest in The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt – last weekend in Steam the largest number of simultaneously playing users was recorded for the entire life cycle of the game.
