Hardcore went to the people: Dead Cells became very successful, the PC version received a major update Update of Plenty

Total sales of hardcore action platformer Dead cells on all available platforms exceeded the three-million mark. This was announced today by developers from the studios Motion twin and Evil empire.

In addition, they reported that for the PC version of the game, the 19th major update called Update of plenty. The console will get an update in the next few weeks. With its help, the creators made many changes and improvements to the game, including those related to the virtual economy and trade.

Dead cells was released in May 2017 in the early access of Steam, after which in August 2018 a full release of the game on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Switch and PC took place.

In August 2019, the platformer reached the iOS platform, and in June of this year, the project became available to owners of Android devices.
