In the period from October 26 to November 9, World of Tanks will host a large-scale game event “Mirny-13” created for Halloween – the largest in the last ten years. Wargaming announced this in an official press release sent to our editorial office today.

According to the official description, players will face hot battles in PVE format, during which they will have to unite to save the world and uncover the secret of the city of Mirny-13. To destroy the mysterious forces, the participants in the event need to act as a close-knit team, subordinating all their actions to a single tactic.
“Inspired by the images created by Masahiro Ito and Akira Yamaoka, our team roamed Mirny 13 and developed not only a special map, but also a unique cooperative mechanics. It will be a truly striking PvE event, unlike any other of those that were previously in the “Tanks”, – said Maxim Chuvalov, Global Publishing Director of World of Tanks. “But beware: a single confrontation with formidable forces can be fraught with fatal consequences. Teamwork is the key to success in this Halloween event and the only way to defeat terrible enemies. “
Tankers will have to unite in a platoon of five people and on special Tier IX vehicles pass through four changing worlds, discovering the history of Mirny-13…
As the developers explain, each world is, in fact, a new level on the same map. The worlds will differ visually and become more complex as players move through them. The resistance of enemy tanks will be more fierce each time, and players will have to work hard to go all the way through the worlds to the end.

Throughout the event, tankers will be able to access unique content: themed crew members, 3D styles and camouflages, as well as earn a lot of experience and credits. In addition, they will have a chance to try on their technique a 3D style from Masahiro Ito himself.
