The authors note that Alpha Point was launched on the Xbox Series X. The demo uses real-time lighting and reflections, as well as more than 100 million triangles.
In addition, at the same GDC 2023, the authors showed a character rendering test on Unreal Engine 5 for the Xbox Series X. In total, it took more than 3.5 million triangles.
In May this year, The Coalition announced the transition to Unreal Engine 5. However, then the studio noted that it is not worth waiting for the announcements of new projects in the near future.
