Game Director of a turn-based strategic shooter Lemnis gate from the studio Ratloop Games Canada and senior community manager Frontier became the heroes of a new trailer dedicated to the future game. They showed fragments of the gameplay and explained what the Lemnis Gate is.
The game differs from ordinary shooters by the presence of a time loop: each round takes 25 seconds. The rounds are repeated five times, and the players need to calculate their actions in each in order to win.
In addition, each of the seven operatives has unique abilities that are powerful enough to turn the tide of battle, yet perfectly balanced. Winning the game is not guaranteed by skill alone, but by masterful planning and execution.
Lemnis Gate will hit PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One in summer 2023.
