Edition Hollywood reporter announced that Paramount animation and studio eOne (Hasbro) are currently engaged in the production of an animated prequel to a full-length franchise “Transformers”. The project is led by Josh Cooley (Toy Story 4), and the script was written by Barrer and Gabriel Ferrari (“Ant-Man and the Wasp “)
Reportedly, the film will be dedicated to the relationship between Optimus Prime and Megatron. The action will take place on Cybertron, the common home world of the Autobots and Decepticons.
Polygon pictures and Rooster teeth An animated series called Soon Transformers: The War of Cybertron. Siege”. The picture will depict the civil war that ripped Cybertron. Project will debut on Netflix this year.
