Focus on action and massive battles: details of Chivalry 2 – review addiction

Medieval multiplayer action developers Chivalry 2 released a new diary about the creation of the project, sharing fresh details.

Yesterday it became known that the release of the game will take place on June 8, and from March 26 there will be a cross-platform closed beta, in which those who pre-order will be able to participate. Also, cross-platform compatibility will be supported after the release of the full version.

In the sequel, the authors decided to focus on action and group battles, and also significantly reworked the combat system. This time it was created with the expectation of battles with several opponents at once.

The four base classes have expanded – now there are 12 subclasses in the game, which allows you to create individual versions of fighters who wield different types of weapons. If you wish, you can even take … a chicken.

Players will have to defend their positions in fortresses, set fire to villages and carry out their own sieges in various online modes. Battles will support up to 64 players at the same time to convey the scale of the battles. Various siege machines will be provided at the disposal of the knights.

The game will again have a mode Team Objective and a new card The Siege of Rudhelm… Other modes will be available during the Closed Beta, including Team Deathmatch and Free-for-All

Chivalry 2 will be available on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series, and PC (EGS).
