Independent publishing house Crytivo announced that it received support from Epic Games… They were given one of the company’s mega-grants to complete work on the action movie Flea madness… Its size is not named.
Global program Epic MegaGrants started a year ago, within its framework, creators of games on the Unreal Engine can receive financial assistance. A total of $ 100 million was allocated for the program. The company recently announced that it has already given out over 600 grants, spending over $ 42 million.
Flea Madness is a multiplayer action movie set on an unknown planet. It is inhabited by two species of voracious fleas, and players will have to join one of the species and try to conquer the planet.
Players will be able to customize the appearance of their fleas, and in the process, defeating other fleas, increase their abilities. Various insects can be found on the map, but it is difficult to predict where eating them will lead – will give a new skill or cause indigestion.
Flea Madness is currently in alpha testing on PC and can be joined via Discord creators. And they plan to release the game on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X in 2023.
