Streaming Service Quibi introduced a teaser for the series “50 states of horror“whose executive producer is Sam Raimi, creator of the cult horror franchise “Evil Dead”
The horror series will be performed in an anthology format from various stories based on urban legends from Colorado, Florida, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Oregon and Washington.
In addition to being an executive producer, Sam Raimi also co-wrote the script and directed one of the episodes of the show, dubbed The Golden Hand. Its plot tells the story of a man who marries a woman with a golden hand. After the death of his beloved, he decides to dig a grave and steal her hand. This leads to the fact that the wife returns from the next world to torment her husband.
In the episode “Golden Hand”, the role of the wife played Rachel Brosnahan (“Amazing Mrs. Maisel“, series “Black list“) and her husband was played by the star of the series”Vikings” Travis Fimmel.
