Father put together an adaptive controller so his daughter could play Breath of the Wild

Xbox Adaptive Controller is a special gamepad for people with disabilities, which is designed for the console from the company Microsoft and Windows. However, Briton Rory Steele, having worked a little bit, managed to connect him to Nintendo Swtich so that his daughter could play The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild.

For his project, Steel bought eBay sticks and buttons for arcade machines, and used a plastic box as a case. In his transparent cover, he made 18 holes – 2 for sticks and 16 for each button on two Joy-Con controllers, which he later connected to the Xbox Adaptive Controller.

Unfortunately, Steele forgot about the buttons for clicking on the sticks, but decided that he would correct the oversight in the next version of his controller. Later, the father published a video in which he showed how his daughter plays in The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild using the new controller.
