Until CD Projekt RED refuses from cutscenes with a third-person view in the upcoming role-playing action Cyberpunk 2077developers recently announced Far cry 6 decided for the first time in the series to provide players with the opportunity to watch their character in scripted scenes from the side.
The presence in the sixth of Far Cry from a third-person view during the commercials was confirmed by the narrative director of the game Navid Hawari. Developers rely on cinematic scenes. To do this, they even attracted a separate team of specialists and employed the technique that is usually used to create films and television shows for shooting.
At the same time, as an Ubisoft employee emphasized, the team is not only thinking about cinematography. Its task is to create a design in which dramatic videos and a lively dynamic open world will coexist.
“It was important for us that all the elements looked harmonious,” Hawari explained.
