Company Epic Games announced on the purchase of a shopping center Cary towne center in the American city of Cary, North Carolina. It will transform this building and the surrounding area into its new headquarters.
The purchase is rumored to cost Epic Games $ 95 million. As a result, she will receive both buildings with an area of more than 91,000 square meters and “recreational zones” of 35 hectares. This space will be converted into a self-contained campus with offices and recreational areas for employees.
It is reported that the arrangement will begin this year, and the campus is scheduled to open by 2024. Prior to the move, Epic Games will be based at its current headquarters, which has also been located in Cary for the past 20 years.
