New patent Electronic arts indicates that the company is developing a voice-driven assistant application for mobile devices. Using it, gamers will be able to run games and get answers to various questions.
The helper application will use machine learning to facilitate the generation of voice responses and a high level of interaction with a user or video game. In general, the idea is very similar to smart speakers, like Amazon echo.
It is noteworthy that the application will be able to offer the user to play a mini-game for the sake of obtaining exclusive items, equipment and much more in full-fledged games.
It’s not yet clear which games Electronic Arts’s companion will work with, but the patent includes mentioning keywords related to franchises. Need for speed, Battlefield, Apex legends and FIFA.
