The project is a turn-based role-playing game with a single player campaign, where you have to destroy waves of enemies. The action takes place 20 years after the first invasion, and among the features they note the ability to recruit heroes under the influence of aliens in a competitive mode (PvP).
As you progress through the game, new online modes will open, and for unique heroes there are special “War stories” with their own plot.
Judging by the gameplay, you shouldn’t expect the tactical depth of the original source from XCOM Legends – this is from and to a mobile game.
