Producer “Ocean’s Eleven” Stephen Soderbergh considering the possibility of creating the fourth part of the crime comedy.
About this in an interview EW told Don Cheadlestarring in the director’s new film “No sudden movements“due out on HBO Max on July 1st. According to the actor, while working on the tape, Soderbergh mentioned the idea of making another sequel to Ocean Friends.…
“We talked about it and then Bernie [Мака] was gone and we immediately decided we didn’t need it, “Cheadle recalls.
“But I just did a new Steven movie and he said,“ It seems like there’s a way to do it again. I’m thinking about it. “But so far, the matter has not moved further. I do not know who could be there. I suppose that our core group could stay. It would be interesting to see that.”
The last installment in the series, Ocean’s Thirteen, came out for 14 years. Since then, the main cast have passed away Bernie Mac and Karl Rainer, which will likely complicate the work on the sequel. In addition, the authors will somehow have to alter the line with the character of George Clooney, since according to the plot of the spin-off “Ocean’s Eight“Danny Ocean is kind of presumed dead.
