Already approved by the company HBO the first season of the prequel series “The game of thrones” entitled “House of the Dragon“continues to be replenished with new actors.
So, the cast of the first spin-off “Game of Thrones” was joined by Matt smith (“Doctor Who“,”Crown“), who will play Prince Damon Targaryen, Emma D’Arcy (“Passion for adventure“), who will play the role of Rainira Targaryen, and Olivia Cook (“Ready Player One“) – she will embody the image of Alicent Hightower on the screen.
Earlier it became known that Paddy Considine (“Armageddian“) will play Viserys, the fifth ruler of the Targaryen in Westeros, who lived about 200 years before the events of Game of Thrones.
The series “House of the Dragon” will be an adaptation of the novels “Flame and blood“, the first volume of which was released in 2018. The 10-episode show is scheduled to premiere in 2023.
