At the same time, Disney sells exclusively to studios: Fox’s license portfolio will not be affected. Financial terms of the transaction are also not disclosed.

Earlier it became known that as part of the restructuring, Disney management decided to rename the studio 20th Century Fox in 20th Century Studios, a Fox searchlight pictures – in Searchlight pictures.
