Developers from CD Projekt RED held a broadcast, where they talked about the details of patch 1.3 and the content of the first free DLC.
Additional content will be released simultaneously with the patch, the release date of which has not yet been named, limited to the wording “soon”.
DLC content:
- Alternative image Johnny Silverhand;
- Two new V jackets that will be available in the stash after completing the quest “The first rule of” After death “”;

The authors once again reminded that patch 1.3 will be the largest for the game, affecting almost all elements of the project – from balance to graphics and errors in quests.
Individual patch changes:
- 20 autosave slots instead of 10, and quick save slots – 10 instead of 3;
- Added links to the database in the log;
- The ability to place a dot in the center of the screen to reduce motion sickness;
- Improved effective reflections to reduce graininess on consoles and PCs with low graphics settings;
- Fixers rarely offer to buy transport;
- Added filtering by items for tasks in the backpack (a special mark disappears after completion);
- You can re-create the script, even if you got rid of it earlier;
- Implants can be compared;
- You can improve several components at the same time;
- Can be moved by elevator during body transfer;
- Changed the appearance of Barry from the quest “Two comrades”;
- The time to detect enemies now depends on the difficulty;
- Enemies at the highest difficulty level are more aggressive when searching;
- The police do not chase V after short-term fixed events in the open world;
- The police issue an arrest warrant for V if the hero uses a non-lethal weapon against an NPC;
- Changed the severity of damage from crowd characters during shootouts;
- Numerous fixes for the behavior of characters in various tasks;
- Changed the stats of Jackie’s iconic pistols;
- The crafting system has been overhauled, now they become better quality as the skill develops “Creation” – if they do not have a fixed quality;
- Level requirements increase with each improvement of the item;
- The number of components for creating some items, clothes, and so on has been changed;
- Adjusted prices for some items, components, and the like.
In addition to all this, numerous problems and errors related to music, graphics and animations have been fixed. For example, running animation. The fixes also touched upon various bugs affecting levels, environment, navigation system and so on.
In addition, various glitches in tasks and orders have been fixed.
PC improvements:
- Fixed a bug with incorrectly displayed notifications on screens with a resolution of 8K;
- Fixed a bug with the game crash if the save preview was damaged;
- Fixed a bug when switching between windowed and fullscreen modes using hotkeys;
- Now you can exit locked scan mode by pressing TAB;
- Added a smaller version of the mouse cursor.
For consoles:
- The inner deadzone setting applies to the game menu as well;
- On PlayStation, characters stopped talking after death;
- Accelerated loading of light from street lighting sources;
- The save file is not damaged if there is not enough memory on the hard disk for overwriting;
- Fixed bugs in the passage of tasks “Hunting the hunter”, “The last game of rescuers”, “Palace coup” (PS4), “Cocktail” Silverhand “” (Xbox);
- Weapons now fall into the correct slots when added from a backpack.
