Death Stranding Seriously Upgrades On PlayStation 5 – Hideo Kojima Reveals New Trailer

During a digital presentation State of play company Sony Interactive Entertainment and studio Kojima Productions presented a new trailer Death Stranding Director’s Cut… In the video, the developers focused entirely on demonstrating the new content that will appear in the extended edition of the game.

In particular, the Director’s Cut will offer an improved combat system along with the ability to hone your combat skills on the shooting range, as well as new devices to help deliver orders, including a special catapult, a springboard and even a new type of robot. In addition, now, in between long journeys, Sam Bridges will be able to relax a little by arranging a drive on the car on the race tracks.

The highlight of the program will be completely new story content.… The trailer shows footage from brand new missions, with details coming soon.

What else will Death Stranding Director’s Cut get on PlayStation 5:

  • Support for the tactile feedback system and adaptive triggers of the DuslSense controller;
  • Support for 3D sound;
  • Fast downloads thanks to the PlayStation 5’s high-speed SSD.

Death Stranding Director’s Cut goes on sale September 24, 2023 on the Playstation 5

On the territory of Russia the game is available for pre-order for 3,599 rubles in the regular edition and 4,299 rubles in digital extended edition

  • Owners of the original Death Stranding on PlayStation 4 will be able to upgrade to the director’s cut on PlayStation 5 for $ 10 (relevant for both disc and digital buyers of the game).
  • The Console Director’s Cut will include all content from the PC version of the original game, including the Half-Life series and Cyberpunk 2077.
