Nis america announced that from August 31 to September 25, it will gradually remove from the store Playstation games of the famous series Danganronpa. This will mainly affect versions for PS Vita, but Danganronpa V3: Killing Harmony for PlayStation 4, too, will disappear from sale.
This action is due to the fact that the studio Spike chunsoft, which released the games, is now engaged in publishing and releasing them in the West. Therefore, the changes will not affect Steam-versions, because their creators published the game independently.
It can be expected that after a while, the Danganronpa series will return to the store. Sony, but with a new publisher. Spike Chunsoft itself just announced that Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair Anniversary Edition will be released on August 20 on iOS and Android.
Previously, the studio has already released a reprint of the first part, Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc Anniversary Edition. Over time, the final part of the main trilogy will appear on mobile platforms, Danganronpa V3: Killing Harmony. This is dedicated to the decade of the Danganronpa series.
