Role-playing game Cyberpunk 2077 fully recaptured all production and marketing costs even before its official launch on December 10. About this company representatives CD Projekt told in an interview with Polish journalists.

“Witcher 3“, the studio’s previous major project, sold much more slowly. It has amassed around 1.5 million pre-orders and has been hitting 10 million copies sold for a year since its release.
CD Projekt did not specify how much it spent on the development and marketing of Cyberpunk 2077, but experts point out that, based on information in its official documents, it could be at least $ 120 million.
Despite news of the game’s successful financial performance, CD Projekt shares plummet… According to analysts, investors may be intimidated by news about bugs and the state of the console versions of Cyberpunk 2077.
