During a traditional presentation Playstation indies publishing house Whitethorn digital and studio Alientrap announced a crafting isometric adventure Wytchwood will be released in the fall on PlayStation 5. Previously, the list of supported platforms included PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch.
The creators of the game told us what awaits us. In Wytchwood, we will play the role of a fragile old witch who made a kind of dark pact, but does not remember what its essence is. But perhaps, if you do enough good deeds, it will be possible to break it.
Players will experience a journey with many encounters with colorful characters and stories inspired by classic fairy tales. The magic and sharp mind of the heroine should help to understand what is happening and correct mistakes. Researching and gathering ingredients for spells will play an important role in this: each area is home to unique creatures, plants and monsters.
