Chapter CI Games Marek Timinski told investors that Lords of the Fallen 2 will increase in scale compared to the first part and will offer a new combat system, built on the main principles of the old one. The game will be sold at full price, but it’s hard to say when it comes out.

The original Lords of the Fallen debuted in 2014 on PC, Xbox one and Playstation 4 and found about three million buyers. The studio was responsible for its development Deck 13 Interactive, later marked by two parts of the hardcore role-playing series The Surge…
In 2018, production of the sequel Lords of the Fallen was handed over to studios Defiant and restarted the process from scratch, and in 2019 they rebooted the creation of the project again – now without Defiant. At the same time, CI Games noted that Lords of the Fallen 2 will decrease in scale.
In 2023, another restart of development followed under the wing of a new studio Hexworks, with offices in Barcelona and Bucharest.
