In the meantime, fans of the game are waiting for the release of the Family Trials expansion, the creators of Children of Morta have prepared another surprise for the players. AT Steam there was a free update Family fireside fablesand it’s unusual: it’s six audiobooks.
Tales, stories and poems by Anne Brontë, Edgar Allan Poe, The Brothers Grimm, George Pope Morris and Madison Cavein are read by actor Ed Kelly, who voiced the narrator in Children of Morta. And the music of Hamidrez Ansari accompanies him.
The upgrade kit includes an album of audio files with cover, videos and themed wallpapers. Ed Kelly plays the following tales:
- Tale One: “Home,” Anne Bronte;
- The second tale: “Brother and Sister”, the Brothers Grimm;
- Tale Three: Lucy, George Pope Morris;
- The fourth tale: “Turnip”, brothers Grimm;
- Tale Five: The Raven, Edgar Allan Poe;
- Tale Six: “Mother” by Madison Julius Cawain.
