After the first demonstration of Lady Dimitrescu from Resident evil village some fans of the series, admiring her height and shape, began to voice their fantasies on the Internet, in which they wanted the colorful villainess to step on them or even squat on their faces. All this was reflected by cosplayers and artists.
Horror developers recently reported that Alcina Dimitrescu’s overall height is 290 centimeters. This was not enough for the fans, and in a fresh interview with the portal IGN the developers have revealed the parameters of the feet of the antagonist.
According to the art director of the game Tomonori Takano, the length of each foot of Lady Dimitrescu is 44 cm, which is almost twice the average size of a woman’s leg, and also exceeds the length of the feet of the “man with the largest legs” who got into the Guinness Book of Records Jason Rodriguez Hernandez…
The vampire tall shoe was created from a physical pair of high heels that were scanned by the designers and modified to better match her imposing stature.
Capcom also said that initially it was not going to make Dimitrescu tall, but tests showed that a woman of normal height would not scare players. The developers did not immediately turn her into an ugly monster – this is commonplace. In the end, they settled on the concept of a huge villain, and got to the point. Alsina has become a real superstar and the main face of the Resident Evil Village advertising campaign.
Shown below are new concept art showing Alcina Dimitrescu and her daughter.
