Bungie’s experience turned out to be contagious: DICE moves employees to work remotely due to coronavirus

Studio EA DICE adopted the methods of industry colleagues used to combat the COVID-2019 coronavirus pandemic. As it became known from official statement Press services, the management of the Swedish company decided to gradually transfer employees to remote work.

Now the studio is taking all the necessary steps to adapt the production process to new realities. DICE assures that the changes will not affect the level of support and development of current and future projects in the long term. But in the short term, problems may arise: the studio does not exclude the revision of update schedules, which were supposed to be released in the coming months.

The modernization process will be as open as possible, as DICE wants to share experience with other Swedish studios. Note that before this, employees were transferred to homework Bungie.
