Despite the fact that in the new part “Evil Dead“subtitled”Insurrection“(Rise) will not feature Ash Williams, the Necronomicon book that led to all the hell in previous films and TV series, will take place in the plot. Entertainment Weekly told the actor Bruce Campbell, who embodied on the screen the image of a cult fighter against evil spirits.
According to the actor, in the upcoming Uprising, the dark grimoire will become the only link with the previous parts.
“People can call the film whatever they want: a sequel, a remake, a reimagining. In fact, it’s just another part of The Evil Dead. The story is based on the book” Necronomicon “. Where does this book go and what happens to it over the millennia?”, – explains Bruce Campbell.
