Star of the third season Call of Duty: Modern Warfare became Alex – one of the protagonists of the story campaign, who in the finale (spoilers!) heroically sacrificed himself in the name of world peace.
However, the shooter’s narrative is structured in such a way that the events in multiplayer, special operations and the royal battle take place after the final of the single player mode, which means that the developers did not just enter the operative into the network game, but returned him from the dead.
Players consider such a move to be “cheap”, which supposedly resets the character’s victim in the campaign finale. Others are unhappy that the story in the restart universe of Modern Warfare continues to evolve beyond single player mode.
According to rumors, Infinity Ward is preparing at least four (!) Storylines in the Modern Warfare universe, the history of each of which will focus on different heroes of the restart. In the finale of the first part, we recall that we have already hinted at the return of Soup.
