Blizzard CEO Jay Allen Brack leaves the company amid scandal – Igromania

Chapter Blizzard Jay Allen Brack is leaving Activision Blizzard, which representatives of the corporation have already told the employees. Now the company will be headed by Jen Onil (former head of Vicarious Visions) and Mike Ibarra (former VP of Xbox).

Brack leaves against the backdrop of a loud scandal within the company about discrimination against girls – according to employees, this lasted more than 10 years and arose under the first president, Michael Morheim.

It is noteworthy that Jen Onil headed Vicarious Visions last year (remakes of Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy, Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 + 2 and Diablo II: Resurrected), but the studio became part of Blizzard and the girl was appointed vice president of production for the company.

Jay Allen brBrack himself said he believes in the leadership skills of new leaders – “they will be able to achieve Blizzard’s full potential“.
