Company Square enix announced that the addition “Black Panther: War for Wakanda” for Marvel’s avengers will come out 17 august… Owners of the original game will receive new content completely free of charge.
In addition to the third additional superhero, Marvel’s Avengers will feature two new villains, a new area, new opponents, the Birnin Zana Outpost, a new drop area available for solo and co-op, and new missions in the Threat Sector.
In the free expansion “War for Wakanda”, players will learn the story of King T’Challa, the loyal protector and ruler of Wakanda. After the experience of betrayal and the tragedy that followed, T’Challa finds it difficult to accept help from other people, including from her sister Shuri, who also serves the good of her country. When Klaw’s forces threaten the safety of Wakanda, T’Challa will have to fight them to protect everything he holds dear.
Users will find a full-fledged story campaign and additional tasks of the “Avengers Initiative” in a new territory – in the dense jungle of Wakanda, the only vibranium deposit in the world. They will also visit the Royal Palace, which towers over Birnin Zana, the “Golden City”. This is a new outpost that houses Shuri’s laboratory, Zawawari’s quarters and the Wakanda headquarters.
From July 30 to August 1, Marvel’s Avengers will have a free weekend with full access to play on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, PC (Steam) and Google Stadia. In honor of this, the developers launched several events, including a 400% bonus to experience gained, a 50% discount in the in-game store and the return of the opportunity to complete the “Tachyon Anomaly”.
After the end of the promotion, users who bought a game for the same platform will be able to transfer all their accumulated progress and purchases to it. The game is currently on sale with a 40% discount.
