This time, the journalists talked about five key features of the new product, which should equally captivate both hardcore fans of the series and users who are just getting acquainted with the famous franchise…
- The first point GameInformer marks the narrative elements of HITMAN 3. The publication writes that this time the IO Interactive team managed not only to build complex and interesting missions in structure, but also to provide them with a vivid plot context. In the final part of the trilogy, the writers bring back a number of familiar characters at once, and it is more interesting to follow their fates than ever before.
- The second point that the GameInformer editors noted is the levels themselves. Reporters report that HITMAN 3 adopts the design philosophy of the two previous games, but at the same time significantly develops it. Players will find truly large-scale locations full of impressive visual solutions, as well as tons of opportunities for murder.
- The third point is similarly tied to the gameplay. The article mentions that Agent 47’s arsenal has expanded with an interesting gadget – a special camera that allows you to scan elements of the environment to perform certain tasks. This mechanic expands the usual gameplay formula, offering several fresh puzzles and situations. And the camera isn’t the only new gadget.
- Another important point is how well IO Interactive was able to collect three games under one roof at once. If you bought HITMAN and HITMAN 2 before, then in the third part you will have access to all the content of the two previous editions. At the same time, the authors made sure that the old locations received expanded gameplay capabilities, as well as visual improvements.
- Finally, the excellent optimization of the game for the next generation consoles PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, as well as Xbox Series S is mentioned. Thanks to the fast SSD-drives, the new product loads instantly, which gives players additional motivation to experiment more, without fear of interruption for long boot screens.
