In Old Man, players will take on the role of a retired legionnaire living on the island of Tanoa in the South Pacific. When a new strain of malaria causes another humanitarian crisis, and local authorities cannot distribute an effective vaccine to the civilian population, the protagonist is warned of a possible conspiracy.
In the new scenario, the players will be sent to the island of Tanoa, measuring 100 square kilometers, where they will collect intelligence, obtain weapons and equipment, and also decide which tactics are best suited to achieve their goals.
The authors note that the script is intended to offer players a realistic experience, but they will still be able to skip time and quickly move between safe points. According to the developers, Old Man offers over 10 hours of gameplay.
