The cartridge was sold by Rally, which originally purchased it for $ 140,000. During the auction, she had to reject a significant bet of $ 300,000 – as it turned out for good reason. The offer to buy the cartridge for $ 2 million came from an anonymous winner who is known for his high bets on video games.
