Moscow studio Sinistrum Games has announced its debut game, a 3D adventure platformer with horror elements Broken veil… In it we will have the role of a little boy who is looking for his mother. And only cats help him in this.
Broken Veil takes place in a post-Soviet provincial town seen through the eyes of Moscow developers. The studio claims to have used real photographs from the 1990s. But in the style, the influence is clearly evident Little nightmares…
In terms of gameplay, Little Nightmares serves as a clear reference point here as well. A boy in a hat with earflaps will have to hide, make his way through the backyards, dodge creepy enemies and solve puzzles in order to go further.
Release the game in Steam the developers are planning this year, but there is no talk about the exact dates.
