Amazon May Launch Its Own TV In October

Amazon is gearing up for the US holiday season. According to Insider, the global trade and media giant intends to introduce TVs in the country under its own brand.

But this does not mean that the new product will be assembled at Amazon factories – specialized companies like TCL will be attracted for production. It is reported that the TVs will receive screen sizes “from 55 to 75 inches” and support for the voice assistant Alexa along with other services.

However, information circulates on the network that Amazon has been developing its own TV for two years. It is overseen by the Amazon Devices and Lab126 divisions, which are responsible for making the Kindle and Echo speakers, among other things. The features of such a model and the timing of its release are still a secret.
