Alyx – 9/10 from EDGE – review

Although the embargo on reviews Half-Life: Alyx will end only after the release of the VR flagship on Monday, in a fresh issue EDGE, for which they even interviewed Gabe Newell, a project review has already been published.

The journalist gave the game 9 points, noting that it was surprisingly similar to Half-Life, and many familiar gameplay elements felt great in VR. The world looks incredibly beautiful, and it can be very meticulously studied, because the rhythm of the passage is much lower than traditional shooters.

It is also noted that the story came out interesting, but much more like the criticism of the dialogue between the characters.

Half-Life: Alyx comes out March 23 only for helmets with Steam VR support.
