Jason Schreier after moving the February patch for Cyberpunk 2077 for the second half of March, he said that in fact, most of the project team has been on an unscheduled vacation for two weeks.
The reason for this is a recent hack, which allowed attackers to steal personal information, including bank details and passport information. In addition, since most of them work remotely, there are problems with access to a virtual private network, and without it it is simply impossible to work.
As a result, most of the specialists were sent on vacation, along with which their bank accounts were frozen, and the few specialists who have already returned to the Warsaw office are slowly working on updates for Cyberpunk 2077.
CD Projekt has already informed the Polish authorities and banks about the incident.
