After leaving Kotaku, Jason Schreyer quickly found a new job

Former editor Kotaku Jason Schreyer shared good news. In mid-May, the journalist will join the news team. Bloomberg, where he continues to talk about the gaming industry.

“I am pleased to announce that in mid-May I will join the talented, formidable technical team of Bloomberg News, where I will talk about the bizarre, unbridled world of video games – business, culture, work, delays and much more,” Schreyer writes on Twitter.

In a conversation with Gamesindustry.biz, the journalist said that he would have great prospects for a new location, since the Bloomberg news department is much wider than that of Kotaku.

Jason Schreyer began his career with freelance, and then was hired by Wired. For several years, he served as a full-time reporter until he received a call from the editor-in-chief of Kotaku Stephen Totilowho got him a job in the local news section.

In the latter, he worked for more than ten years and left company due to disappointment in the current management of the publication.
