Actor Paul Haddad passed away – the original voice of Leon Kennedy in Resident Evil 2

This month, at the 56th year of life, the actor died Paul Haddadgiving his voice Leon Scott Kennedy, the protagonist of the cult 1998 horror Resident evil 2 from company Capcom. The sad news today was reported by several sources at once. Detailed causes of death are not reported, but it is known that Haddad for many years struggled with throat cancer and underwent several serious operations.

Paul Haddad’s acting career did not include too many works, but his voice acting by Leon Kennedy forever remained in the hearts of millions of fans around the world.

In 2018, Haddad began to actively communicate with network users, took part in the community podcast Residence of evil, where he expressed gratitude and respect to other actors who have played the role of Leon over the past 20 years, and also wished success then to the remake of Resident Evil 2, which was just being prepared for release.

Last year, Haddad was also involved in the dubbing of one of the supporting characters in a horror project. Daymare: 1998created under the inspiration from the classic parts of Resident Evil by the Italian team Invader Studios.
