Activision Blizzard Games removed from NVIDIA GeForce Now Library

Service last week NVIDIA GeForce Now launched around the world. And this coincided with an unpleasant event for many – games were deleted from the library Activision Blizzard. That is, play in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, Overwatch, Diablo 3 and other projects will not work.
According to the representative Nvidiathat answers forums GeForce Now, projects were deleted due to the “creation of a reliable directory of computer games.” This implies not only adding, but also clearing the list of unnecessary items.
It was noted that the games were deleted at the request of Activision Blizzard, however, GeForce Now expects that cooperation will continue in the future, which will return the names to the list. The service representative also said that in addition to the hundreds of games that already exist, about one and a half thousand projects are in the queue. Developers have already requested their addition to the library.
Of course, deleting games a week after launching the service looks unusual. It seems that Activision Blizzard did not arrange the terms of the deal with NVIDIA. Perhaps in the future this will change, although this has already happened more than once in different stores. Alas, this is an eternal disadvantage of digital distribution systems.
