According to the leak, the new ASUS Zenbook 14 will receive a Ryzen 7 4700U processor – review

In the database of one of the benchmarks appeared information that indicates a possible early release of a new laptop ASUS Zenbook 14 (UX434IQ). Alleged that he will receive a processor AMD Ryzen 4000.

Given its compact and thin body, it is not surprising that a chip with the U index is used there, whose heat packet is 15 watts. It’s about a model Ryzen 7 4700U, which is equipped with eight cores with multithreading. The processor operates at a base clock frequency of 2 GHz with overclocking to 4.1 GHz. The L3 cache is 8 MB.

Other laptop specifications include 16 GB of RAM and NVIDIA GeForce MX350. This is a rather thoughtful decision, because the “green” video card is much more powerful. She is between GTX 1050 and GTX 960M in performance, quite far ahead of the integrated Vega.

It is still unknown when exactly the new product will be released, however, it seems that more and more companies are giving priority to “red” processors. Earlier, we recall, Lenovo introduced the Legion 5 model based on the Ryzen 4000.
