Digital store PlayStation Store doesn’t often give away games outside of monthly PS Plus giveaways, but today is such a day. Before February 22nd all PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 owners can activate the adventure game on their accounts for free We Were Here… A subscription is not required here.
The promotion is timed to coincide with the release of the entire We Were Here trilogy on current PlayStation consoles, including We Were Here Too and We Were Here Together, available for purchase on February 23rd.

We Were Here is an action-packed co-op puzzle game from an indie studio Total Mayhem Gameswhere two players find themselves trapped in an abandoned castle. The first player is locked in a small, secluded part of the castle, while the second is wandering the corridors trying to find the first. Challenges await gamers in each room, which can only be overcome through coordinated actions.
