According to Collider, to the previously announced hostage star Liam Neeson joined Guy Pearce (“Remember”) Monica Bellucci (“Spectrum”) and Arold Torres (“Zero Zero Zero”)…
In “Memory” Neeson will play Alex Lewis – an experienced hitman with an extremely cautious reputation, who one day himself becomes a target of hitmen after canceling another contract.
According to the plot of the picture, Alex refuses to do work for a dangerous criminal organization and instantly becomes its target, which forces him to open a hunt for those who wish him death. Alex has a special set of skills that help him stay one step ahead of the crime syndicate and the FBI, but there is one problem – he suffers from severe memory problems that affect his every step. With details blurring and enemies approaching, Alex has to question all of his actions and those he can truly trust.
Guy Pearce will play an FBI agent who will hunt down Lewis, while Torres will play Mexican intelligence officer Hugo Marquez. As for Bellucci, she will embody the image of the “local tech tycoon.”
The film is based on the novel “Alzheimer’s Syndrome“Belgian writer Jefa Gerartsa… Filming has already started in Bulgaria, but the timing of its release has not yet been disclosed.
