According to Variety, Timothy Olyphant may return to the role of Marshal Railans from “Justice” in a new series by the same team.
The project is again based on the works of Elmore Leonard, in particular – the novel “Primitive City: Exactly Noon in Detroit”… The executive producer is the showrunner “Justice” Graham Yost, however, other writers of the previous series will be responsible for the plot this time.
In addition to these, many producers of the original are returning. The plot of the new project tells about the hunt of a detective for a cruel killer. Whether Oliphant will appear in a cameo or whether the role will be more important is not yet clear.
The original project, launched in 2010, ran for 6 seasons.
