On the occasion of the big anniversary, the tape will soon receive a re-release in 4K resolution, on which Robert Rodriguez is currently working.
“I just finished color grading for the 4K edition. Looks awesome. I can’t wait to get out to celebrate the anniversary,” Rodriguez told Forbes.
The exact release date for the 4K version will be announced later.
