By the way, the average age of all people of CD Projekt is 31 years old. A little more than half of the employees are in the category from 30 to 39 years. The rate of younger ones – from 20 to 29 years – is 42%.
CD Projekt employs not only residents of Poland, but also people from Russia, Spain, Ukraine, Germany and another 40 countries. In total, foreigners make up 21% of the total number of employees.
It is noteworthy that 34% CD Projekt’s employees are in the publishing and sales departments. The remaining 66% – developers, including designers, testers and screenwriters.
