THQ Nordic announced Wreckfest for PlayStation 5 – Unlike the recent Xbox Series patch with 60 FPS, this will be a full native version of the race.
The nextgen version promises improved lighting, dynamic dirt on cars, high-resolution textures and more – all in 4K at 60 frames per second with fast downloads. Multiplayer lobbies can now accommodate up to 24 players.
Among the features of DualSense, unfortunately, so far they intend to use only a new type of vibration – support for adaptive triggers has not been reported.
Among the graphic innovations, it is also worth noting: an increased amount of grass, new drift marks, improved shadows and particle effects.
Wreckfest will be released on PS5 on June 1 for 40 euros, but current owners of the project on PS4 will be able to upgrade with a 75% discount.
